PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy specifies the rights of the Users of the online store “PRIVEE HOME”, the conditions and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.
The Privacy Policy has been prepared and the Personal Data provided on this Website are processed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the Regulation.
By submitting his/her Personal Data to the online store “Privee Home”, the User agrees to the processing of the Personal Data in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy.
TERMS USED
Personal data or Data – any information about a data subject that allows direct or indirect identification of the data subject.
The data controller is UAB Privee, company code 302480234, registered office at Vytenio g. 13, LT-03112, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
Data Processor – the Data Controller’s partners as well as other natural or legal persons who process Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the devices used by the User (for example, phones, tablets, etc.).
Website or Site – the PRIVEE HOME online shop, accessible at www.priveehome.lt.
The Regulation refers to Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which entered into force in the European Union on 25 May 2018 and repeals Directive 95/46/EC.
A User is a natural person who has visited the Data Controller’s online shop PRIVEE HOME and has provided their Personal Data.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
When purchasing goods in the PRIVEE HOME online shop, the User must provide the following Personal Data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, residential address (or other place to which the goods will be delivered), payment account details.
The Website also uses cookies to allow the Website to be customised to the user’s needs. Cookies collect information such as the IP address of the device you are logging into, the time and location of your login, browser type, demographic data (age, gender), and data about your use of the Platform (what products you are interested in, what parts of the website you browse most often). PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Service delivery. Personal data is processed in order to enable Users to purchase the goods sold in the PRIVEE HOME online shop.
Website development. The Data Controller collects Data about Users, their browsing statistics and behaviour in order to evaluate the functionality of the Website and to improve the range of products offered.
GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data relating to the performance of a contractual obligation is the performance of the contractual obligation.

The Data Controller uses cookies in the PRIVEE HOME online shop. Cookies help the Data Controller to recognise the User as a previous visitor to the Website, to store the User’s history of visits to the Website and to tailor relevant content accordingly. DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller shall process the User Data for 5 (five) years from the date of the User’s consent to the processing of personal data. If the User deletes his/her Buyer Account, the Data Controller shall keep the User’s personal data for 5 (five) years from the date of deletion of the account.
Users’ Data may be retained for longer than 5 (five) years if necessary for the fulfilment of the Data Controller’s legal obligations, in particular with regard to the statutory retention periods, as well as for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
In accordance with the statutory provisions on the protection of personal data, Users have the right at any time to: to know about the processing of their Personal Data (right to know); to have access to their Personal Data and how they are processed (right of access); to request the rectification or, taking into account the purposes for which the Personal Data are processed, the completion of Personal Data that are incomplete (right of correction); to have their Data erased or to suspend the processing of their Data (with the exception of the storage of their Data) (right to be forgotten); on any of the following legitimate grounds, to request that the processing of Personal Data be restricted (right to restrict); to request that the data be transferred (right to transfer); to withdraw any consent you may have given when registering or using the PRIVEE HOME online shop.
The User may exercise these rights by contacting the Data Controller in writing at the contacts specified in this Privacy Policy. The Data Controller undertakes to respond to such requests within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of the request. In exceptional cases, this time limit may be extended by a further 30 (thirty) calendar days after prior notice to the User.
The exercise of these rights may be restricted on grounds provided by law.
The above rights may not be exercised in cases where, as provided by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, breaches of professional or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the User or of other persons.
If the User notices unlawful processing of his/her Data or in case of a dispute with the Data Controller, he/she shall have the right to contact the out-of-court dispute resolution authority in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate, in accordance with the procedure set out in its website, which is available on https://www.ada.lt/.

FINAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy may be updated or amended at any time. Such updated or amended privacy policy will be effective from the date of its posting on the Website.
